Because reserve land does not fall under provincial jurisdiction there are different regulations for hunting on reserve land than other parts of the province.  Insure that you are familiar with all hunting regulations for both on and off reserve land.

If a deer is taken on reserve land, then a provincial export permit is required to take this deer back to the U.S..  Failure to have the export permit accompany the deer and hunter will result in the animal being confiscated.
